1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or booking services with Empowered Lifestyle, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. For subscription enrollments, acceptance is confirmed by checking the subscription consent box at checkout.
2. Services
Empowered Lifestyle, LLC provides health coaching, educational resources, and related wellness services. All information provided is for educational purposes only and does not replace medical advice.
3. Subscription Services — Metabolic Momentum Community
Empowered Lifestyle, LLC offers a monthly subscription membership called the Metabolic Momentum Community. The following terms apply to all subscription enrollments.
What Is Included
Your monthly membership includes weekly live group coaching calls, access to the resource library of recorded calls and videos, and additional resources as developed. Features may be updated or expanded over time, and members will be notified of any significant changes.
Recurring Billing
The Metabolic Momentum Community is billed monthly at the current published rate. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on your enrollment date unless you cancel before the next billing date. By enrolling and checking the subscription consent box at checkout, you expressly authorize Empowered Lifestyle, LLC to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time using either method below. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access through the last day of the month already paid and will not be charged for any subsequent month.
- Online (preferred): Use the Stripe Customer Portal link provided in your welcome email. You can cancel in one step with no phone call required.
- By email: Send your cancellation request to susanne@empoweredlifestylect.com with your full name and the email address on your account.
Refund Policy
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of that billing period. You retain access through the end of the paid month.
Price Changes
If the subscription price changes, active members will receive at least 30 days’ advance notice by email and may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Connecticut Annual Reminder Notice
In compliance with Connecticut law (CT SB 3, effective July 1, 2026), members on annual subscription plans will receive a renewal reminder notice before their annual renewal date, sent via the same method used to enroll.
4. Coaching Programs — General Terms
Empowered Lifestyle, LLC offers a variety of coaching programs and packages in addition to the monthly subscription. Specific pricing, scope, and deliverables for individual programs are provided at the time of purchase. The payment and refund terms below apply to all non-subscription programs and packages.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. For non-subscription coaching programs and packages, all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable once made. Specific refund terms, if applicable, are outlined in your individual service agreement.
6. Financing Options
Empowered Lifestyle, LLC may offer third-party financing options (such as Klarna or similar services) for certain programs. Financing is provided by and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable third-party lender. Empowered Lifestyle, LLC is not a party to your financing agreement and has no liability for the terms, decisions, or disputes arising from it. Regardless of the financing method used, Empowered Lifestyle, LLC’s no-refund policy applies. Approval for financing is not guaranteed and is determined solely by the third-party provider.
7. SMS Communications
By separately opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages related to appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related communication. SMS opt-in is voluntary and is not required to purchase any service or membership. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
8. Limitation of Liability
Empowered Lifestyle, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or services provided.
9. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Empowered Lifestyle, LLC.
11. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, book services, subscribe to any membership, or opt in to receive SMS communications from Empowered Lifestyle, LLC. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions. For material changes to subscription terms, active subscribers will be notified by email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.
